I am not sure who to write to in the Silver Star Holidays Organisation? But you are the one who communicates with us all.
Thanks for a great break in Cardiff April 9th -12th 2010. Rachel and I had not realised the vibrancy of Cardiff, the new developments are splendid and the city given over to people rather than the car!
We re-visited St Fagan's after thirty years, now even better than we remembered. Cardiff Castle is well presented, and the National Museum of Wales excellent. I had no idea so many great impressionist paintings were housed there. Our feet gave out before we had completed our visit of the museum, so we intend to return. Our last half day was spent visiting the Sened and the Millennium Centre, both very impressive buildings. We walked to the end of the barrage, with its splendid views of the city and hopefully lost some of the calories we had gained from meals at the Thistle Hotel.
We will look out for further short breaks with Silver Star.

I am emailing to Thank your company sincerely for a wonderful experience on the Mamma Mia London break which I went on Last Wednesday 16th Dec. Our driver Alan was a fountain of knowledge and very accommodating of all our needs. He is a genuinely caring man who really makes the trip for everyone involved.
The break away was a rare opportunity for me to treat my mum, as a Thank you for helping me care for my disabled son all through the year, and offering herself for babysitting, school runs, counselling, and various other multitasks that she undertakes willingly to support us all. My auntie and cousin also tagged along, and we all thoroughly enjoyed spending some quality time together, relaxing, shopping and having a laugh! The actual show was fabulous, and we had 3rd row seats which were perfect.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in arranging our trip which really was a wonderful couple of days. I now have the 2010 brochure open to arrange another one! I will be sure to spread the word, as I have already by raving about what a great time we all had.

We have just returned from you're Yorkshire Special Tour, and would like to let you know how much we enjoyed ourselves, although the weather was not in our favour. Our driver Alan Hughes was an excellent driver and courier. He was very knowledgeable and kind and considerate. He was so helpful with our friend who is disabled. He is a credit to you're company.

We have just returned from a two day break in London to see Oliver and felt we had to contact you to let you know how much we enjoyed the tour. The whole package was perfect. Also a big thank you to our driver Ernest who with his knowledge and up to date information at all times made the break even more enjoyable.

We returned home yesterday from a short break to Whitby, Durham and York, and we just wanted to express our thanks to Silver Star for a very enjoyable trip (our first with your company). Our driver, Aled, was friendly, unflappable and efficient - and we even noticed that he was courteous to other road-users as well, so full marks there! The hotel accommodation and food was very good, too.
Perhaps you'd better re-name your company Seren Aur instead!

I would like to say how wonderful Earnest was, our driver on our 5 day holiday to Kilarney. He was informative and helpful. Helping me down the coach steps (2 new knees) He accompanied us to the Theatre and made sure we got back safely. Earnest certainly made sure me and my daughter enjoy a lovely break.

The Hotel was first class and our coach driver Ron was brilliant also Elin who we dealt with at your office in Caernarfon was so helpful and pleasant.
I think that your staff are a credit to you. The whole holiday was well organised. We will be happy to recommend Silver Star to all our friends.

I am writing to thank you for the great serviceyou provided last weekend. Myself and my Father went with your company to the Formula 1 Grand Prix at Silverstone. I cannot fault a thing. The coach was very comfortable , the driver approachable and knowledgable, everything was explainedreally well. The tickets we had were fantastic, initially we were having General Admission but they had all been sod so we opted for the Bronze Terrace at Lufield. The views were spectacular, TV and placing boards right infront of us and fabulous viewing of the cars. I would definitely get those seats again.
The hotel in Coventry was impressive. Everything of good standard and clean. Having been on a few coach tours I can honestly say the staff of the hotel were the best i've come across. At breakfast and dinner everything was explained to us. The food was lovely, the fact that you include evening meals is what made us choose your company.
I would definitely use your company again and reccomend you to others.

We travelled with your coach company earlier this week, after booking a show in the West End.
I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for your wonderful service. The coach was spotless and early, the hotel was comfortable and the driver was very polite and informative. Excellent value for money.

I would like to thank you and your staff for a truly memorable weekend at the Hilton Birmingham. It was my first experience with Silver Star and i feel blessed having shared your celebration. Im sure that i am also speaking on behalf of my friend who was with me as everything was perfectly planned, (except the weather which still could not dampen our spirits).
The hotel was lovely, food top class, and the gala dinner was superb, the entertainment was a truly welsh experience and the driver was very proffessional as he explained every detail to us.

I have just come back from one of the most enjoyable holiday i have had over the past few years.
The coach was truly one of comfort, and the hotel and food in Bournemouth was first class, the driver Ken was careful, kind and friendly sitting with us all at the table and bringing us all together with his conversation.
I would also like to thank you for the effort that was made to get opur own coach down to Bournemouth for our journey home. I am onw of those people who has travel sickness and was dreading the journey back in the mini bus, but thanks to your hard work, we had a lovely journey home. My friend who came with me Ms Marjorie Mason and i hope to come again with your company.
