At Jones Holidays your holiday is fully protected with the Confederation of Passenger Transport UKs Bonded Coach Holiday Group.
BCH safeguards your money in the unlikely event that your BCH tour operator ceases trading. You are guaranteed repayment of monies paid. It also ensures the completion of your holiday if it has already started.
Each BCH member is required to provide a bond from a bank or major insurance company to BCH. This bond is used to refund your money or to allow you to complete your holiday if already started. BCH also has an insurance policy available to cover unlikely situations where a members bond does not cover all the refunds.
BCH is a consumer protection scheme approved by the government under The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 and the EU Package Travel Regulations to safeguard your money. When booking a package coach holiday (involving coach travel and accommodation of at least one overnight stay), be it in the UK or abroad, always check that your tour operator is complying with the Package Travel Regulations with regard to your money.
If in doubt ask them how they are complying and how your money is protected. Remember it is a legal requirement to provide protection for your money as BCH does.
The EU Package Travel Regulations offer protection to consumers when booking package holidays. Tour operators have a legal obligation to provide such protection and failure to do so is a criminal offence.

CITO (The Consortium of Independent Tour Operators) is a select organisation of proven quality coach tour operators which have satisfied the strict criteria for membership. CITO is a nationwide organisation committed to the continual improvement of quality coach holidays.
Members operate their own holiday programmes a high proportion of which qualify for CITO standard as well as offer travel arrangements for CITO operated tours.
From our base at Knaresborough, North Yorkshire we provide a number of services to our members including contracting of hotels, advice on tour itineraries, regular networking meetings and passenger travel insurance. We also plan and operate a programme of worldwide air and cruise holidays which members sell as agents.
Quality Door-to-Door Holidays
Features of a CITO holiday include:
Travel: Door-to-door service, no overnight land travel, all coach travel excursions included, entrance to places of interest featured, travel pack and itinerary.

The Guild of British Coach Operators
The Guild of British Coach Operators is an association of top quality coach companies dedicated to providing our customers with a first class service. The member companies provide luxury coaches for charter throughout Britain and Europe and offer comprehensive travel management services.
CoachMarque is the only universally recognised kite mark of quality in the UK coach industry. It is concerned with all aspects of the business and not just the coach itself. All CoachMarque companies operate to a strict set of criteria and are regularly assessed by an independent third party to ensure compliance with the highest standards of operation.
